Return and Exchange Policy

We provide a 100% secure shopping and easy return option.

If you are not completely happy with the product that you have received don’t worry, feel free to return it back to us. We have a 7 day return policy that gives you an option to return and exchange products purchased on Kanneki. You will have 7 days return period after you have received the products. But all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. Ensure that the seal tag received along with the item remains attached and intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.

Due to the misuse of the policy whereby people have used the product and then return them to claim their money back, we do not offer a money-back guarantee. You will either get the products exchanged, replaced or a store credit.

Here is how you can easily return products.

  1. Please click a picture of the product at the time you receive the parcel and Whatsapp @9328373865. Also please mention your concern. We will revert back immediately.
  2. We will send you a mail within 24hrs once the photo is submitted and also we will send you the instructions of how you can return the products.
  3. The return shipment will be scheduled to the place where the products were initially delivered and our delivery partner will examine products at the time of pick-up.
  4. Your Kanneki wallet will be credited only after the return shipment is received and examined by our faculty.
  5. Your store credit will be valid throughout 1 year. Whenever you wish you can shop and avail them.
  6. It takes 24 working hours to process the store credit and it might take 2 days in some rare cases.
  7. If you are looking for an exchange, please request for the return of the product you have already received and place a fresh order directly through the website.

Instruction to Whatsapp 

  1. Mention your name, address, contact number, email id.
  2. Select the products that you would like to return.
  3. Click a picture of the product that you are returning and upload them.
  4. The reason for returning the product (If you wish to disclose)
  5. Please whatsapp as soon as possible after you receive the product.

 

Eligibility criteria for the Refund

  1. All the product sold under Kanneki are eligible for return and refund (store credit only) only if the product is unused and maintained in its original condition along with the tags intact and with the original packaging.
  2. Due to hygiene reasons nose pin (naths) and toe rings are not refundable.
  3. If the return request is not submitted within 24hrs after the product is received, no refund (store credit) will be given.
  4. Besides submitting the return request, if the products are not handed over at the time of scheduled pick-up(by our delivery partner), no refund will be credited to your store wallet.
  5. If there are more than 1 products to be returned, and the products are not completely returned to us, no refund will be credited to your store wallet.
  6. Products that are damaged at the time you received is eligible for a refund/exchange/replacement only if it is informed to us within 24hrs, by WhatsApp or email along with the pictures of the damaged products.
  7. The store credit will be valid only for 1 year from the date of purchase. No refund will be issued if the store credit is unused after the expiry.

 

Cancellation of the order

Every order is generally fulfilled within 6 hour of order placement. The orders are eligible for cancellation only if it is not shipped from our warehouse. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving refund, either through store credit or refund to your provided bank account. An order confirmation call will be made before shipping all the COD orders.

Damage of the product

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver your product in the perfect condition. After the product quality check, it is packed in the required jewellery boxes and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure a safest delivery.

But in case if you receive the product in the damage condition, please ensure that the product damage must have happened during the transit period. In such cases we request you to inform us immediately after you unpack the box by making a call to the customer service number provided on our website. Kindly click pictures of the damaged product and forward it to us through whatsApp/email within 24hrs after receiving the order. We ensure you that we will replace a fresh piece of the same product (if available in-stock) or your store wallet will be credited in case if you wish to make a fresh purchase.

Non-acceptance of the Order

The non-acceptance of the COD/prepaid orders will be charged an extra Rs 250 towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order.
